You might be a returning student or a student who is repeating a year and therefore you have been added to a new cohort (workspace) on PebblePad. this means that you have access to the latest version of the workbook for your subject area.

So that your assessors can view the work in your previous workbook, you can add a link which will then give your assessors access to this previous version.

To do this, open your latest version of your workbook and ensure that is auto-shared for assessment (see links at the bottom of this page for more information on this). On the opening page of your workbook, you should have a section where you can complete details about yourself (your name cohort etc..); this is the best place for your link to go but please check with your academic assessors for advice on this.

Where you can add details about your cohort, you can also add in some text that will become the link to your previous workbook - please see the screenshot below for an example.

**please note, this may look different in the workbook you are using and if you are unsure, please ask your academic assessors.

As shown in the screenshot above, select the text that you have just added by clicking with your mouse and dragging along the length of the text until it is highlighted. Then select the link icon from the toolbar.

In the panel that opens, select the option to 'open link in new tab' and then select 'More Items'. This will allow you to select the previous version of your workbook from your list of assets.

Finally, select 'Add Link'.

The text about your previous version of your workbook, will be in blue text and will now be a clickable link. When your assessors view your workbook, they will be able to click on this link and it will open the previous version of your workbook. Please contact your academic assessors to ensure that the link works.
