Students can book Group Study Rooms for an hour at a time, up to three weeks in advance, via the ‘Non-teaching room bookings’ option on the Student Hub.



Students wanting to book event space as part of a student society should contact or who will make the booking on their behalf.

Please note that requests are mediated to check the space is appropriate and to ensure furniture requirements are dealt with. Ideally 4 weeks’ notice is required for large events so please bear this in mind when booking.
