Reading lists serve three main audiences in the university:

  • Students use reading lists to guide their study and research in a topic. They are particularly used as a starting point to complete coursework
  • Academics use reading lists to introduce students to key thinkers and ideas in their discipline and to support classroom and independent learning
  • The Library uses reading lists to ensure the right stock is available in the right formats for students and to help anticipate demand.
