The rules for attendance are that if you register your attendance in the first 30 minutes of the session, you are classed as attended. Between 30 to 55 minutes after the start of the session, you are listed as late. After 55 minutes, regardless of if you register or not, you will be listed as absent.
Your tutor for the session can manually override this if required. Changes can be made up to 24 hours after the session has occurred.

IT Services will be happy to help you. You can visit IT Services on the SID on the ground floor of the Learning Hub:
Mondays to Thursdays 8.30am to 5pm
Fridays 10am to 5pm.
You can also call the IT helpdesk on 01604 893333:
Mondays to Thursdays 8am to 5.30pm
Fridays 8am to 9am, and then 10am to 5.30pm.
