Expectations for using the Virtual Queueing Service:

  • This Service is only available during our opening times (which can change depending on workload)
  • Only usable at the Waterside Campus
  • If you miss your ticket being called, you will be asked to re-join the queue
  • If you are at position 3 or lower we ask you to be at the service point you need to be seen at.
  • If you decide to leave the area or change your mind on seeing the service we ask you exit the virtual queue

The process to use the virtual queue:

  • Log onto the websitevia your phone or mobile  : Open hours - Mobile Ticket
  • Click on Learning Hub

  • You will be presented with the available queues depending on their current opening times (these may change during higher required times)

  • Select the Service you want

  • This will then show you your position in the queue. Please make sure you are at the service area you have chosen when you are at least at position 3.

What to do when no longer needing the service and in the Queue

  • Click on Leave the line
