We send UK post via Royal Mail second class post which is not a tracked service. If you have received confirmation of an order being posted, you must allow at least two weeks for it to arrive. After this time, please email certification@northampton.ac.uk with your order number and someone can look into it for you.

For overseas mail sent via DHL, If you are nothome when DHL attempted to deliver your documents the courier will leave you with instructions for redelivery or collection. It is important that you claim your documents from the courier company as soon as possible to ensure they are not returned to the sender (the University’s Certification Office) as this can often cause delays. Please note: if you do not receive your documents and do not liaise with the university or courier whilst they retain the tracking information to locate your delivery, you will be required to purchase replacement documents.
