How you can track your documents

Please email certification@northampton.ac.uk to request a tracking number including your full name, student ID number and date of birth.

If you are not home when Royal Mail or DHL attempted to deliver your documents

If you are not in when Royal Mail or DHL attempt to deliver your documents, the courier will leave you with instructions for redelivery or collection. It is important that you claim your documents from the courier company as soon as possible to ensure they are not returned to the sender (the University’s Certification Office) as this can often cause delays.

If you have not yet received your documents in the post

If you have not received your documents within four weeks of dispatch and you have already requested a tracking number, you will need to contact Royal Mail or DHL directly to enquire where your documents are. Please note: if you do not receive your documents and do not liaise with the University or courier whilst they retain the tracking information to locate your delivery, you will be required to purchase replacement documents.
