If you think you’ve lost one of our library resources please contact us as soon as possible. We will pass these details to our ‘Lost Items Team’, who will search for the resources thoroughly within the Learning Hub library space on your behalf. After multiple searches have been conducted you will be notified of the result. If the resources are not located, you will be sent a replacement charge bill.
While we are searching we recommend that you search locations in which you may have used the resource, double check in cars and personal bookshelves, and contact any peers you may have studied with who may have picked up your books by mistake. If you have visited any other libraries you should contact them to see if the resource has been passed to them.
