Mentor accounts are created and managed by the Health Placements team at the university, and any problems can be followed up with them by emailing healthplacements@northampton.ac.uk please do not use the PebblePad contact form for mentor account queries.

Mentors are those who work with students while they are on placement. Different subject areas know them by different names; practice supervisor, practice educator, practice assessor etc.

Mentor accounts are NOT set up automatically and must be requested using the online form (see link below). Ask them to do this as soon as possible and allow two weeks for this process to happen.

You cannot share your PebblePad workbook with your mentor unless they have a PebblePad account. If you tried to share and received the following message "No external user was found with that email address", then quite simply, the mentor does not have a PebblePad account.
