How do I exclude sources?

Firstly you should remove the assignment from the incorrect location to avoid confusion.
Secondly, go into the correct submission and open up the similarity report in the side panel.
Locate the source or sources that relate to the student's own submission and press Exclude Sources at the bottom of the side panel. Do this until you have eliminated all references to the student's incorrect submission.
