Open your Kaltura Capture recorder.

Select Manage to view your video Library.

Locate the failed upload, select Cancel and wait for the failed upload to stop.

Select the Information icon to display the Kaltura Capture information panel.

Select Sign Out to disconnect the Kaltura Capture recorder from your MyMedia account.

Locate the Add / Remove programs panel on your Windows device and select Uninstall to uninstall the Kaltura Capture recorder.

Select the link at the end of this guide, down the file and install the new Kaltura Capture recorder version 39.

Go to mymedia.northampton.ac.uk and select Login to log-in to your MediaSpace account.
