NELSON is Northampton Electronic Library Search ONline and it is where you can access our collection of e-books and e-journals. There are occasions when you might try to access an item and see an error message. Firstly, make sure that you are logged in correctly using the log in button at the top right of the screen. It will look like this:

When you are logged in it will show your student number, or staff name if you are a member of staff.

If you are correctly logged in and you still see any kind of error message when you try to access an item then please let us know. You can contact us in person on the 2nd floor library enquiry desk or by email at libraryhelp@northampton.ac.uk There are lots of reasons why you might see an error message and attaching a screen shot can really help us to find out why. We will then look into this for you and let you know what we find out
