Eligible students are automatically emailed a copy of their certificate of full-time status (for council tax purposes) upon enrolment at the start of their academic year. The email we send contains a document which includes an enrolment confirmation (page 1) and a certificate of full-time status (for council tax purposes) on page 2:  

  • Search your inbox for 'Council Tax'. The email is sent from a noreply@northampton.ac.uk 
  • Check your junk/spam folder. 

If you cannot locate your certificate of full-time status (for council tax purposes) then please contact the Student Information Desk on 01604 892833 or sid@northampton.ac.uk. Please allow 3 working days for a new certificate to be produced.
