Eligible students are automatically emailed a copy of their certificate of full-time status (for council tax purposes) upon enrolment at the start of their academic year. The email we send contains a document which includes an enrolment confirmation (page 1) and a certificate of full-time status (for council tax purposes) on page 2:  

  • Search your inbox for 'Council Tax'. The email is sent from noreply@northampton.ac.uk 
  • Check your junk/spam folder.

You can now download replacement certificates from the SRS Student Portal. We have a guide about using the portal, and a guide about the letters you can now produce yourself.
