Eligible students are automatically emailed a copy of their certificate of full-time status (for council tax purposes) upon enrolment at the start of their academic year. The email we send contains a document which includes an enrolment confirmation (page 1) and a certificate of full-time status (for council tax purposes) on page 2:
If you cannot locate your certificate of full-time status (for council tax purposes) then please contact the Student Information Desk on sid@northampton.ac.uk or call 01604 892833. Please allow 3 working days for a new certificate to be produced.
