I have moved house and need a new certificate of full-time status (for council tax purposes), how can I get a new one?

If you move home, you will need to update your address in the SRS Student Portal. We have a guide for using the SRS Student Portal and also registering a new address.

You will then be able to download a new Certificate of Student Status to use for Council tax purposes and we have information about the different letter types you can find there.

If you require it to be backdated, you will need to email:

• your name
• student ID number 
• a copy of your signed tenancy agreement which clearly shows your name, address, tenancy dates and signatures
