Unless advised otherwise, certificates and transcripts are released six weeks from the date you receive your award email from results@northampton.ac.uk

  • If your certificate claim form was received and processed prior to the award email release date, your degree has been officially awarded and you have no outstanding tuition fees with the university, your certificate will be posted to you within six weeks (subject to tuition fee check with finance)
  • If we receive your certificate claim form after the award email release date, your degree has officially been awarded and you have no outstanding tuition fees with the university, your certificate will be posted within two weeks (subject to tuition fee check with finance).

If you have any questions regarding outstanding tuition fees please view our online guidance.

Please note, if you have asked for your documents to be sent to someone else, such as an International Agency or Embassy, we may need to complete some additional checks to confirm the details which may delay the posting of your documents. If your documents are misplaced or destroyed as result of being sent to someone else, you will be required to purchase replacements.

If you would like to change any of the information you have provided in your certificate claim form, please complete the online certificate claim form again, the new form will replace your original request.
