If you are a student being asked to use PebblePad, then your tutor is your first point of contact. You can also search the other FAQs on this site. Technical support is available if you are facing a technical issue with PebblePad and your tutor is unable to assist, by completing the PebblePad Contact Form.
If you are a tutor currently using PebblePad with your students, please contact your learning technologist with any queries or questions. If you or your students are facing technical issues, please raise a ticket by completing the PebblePad Contact Form. The support tickets are monitored by a team of Learning Technologists on a rota basis to be dealt with within 3 working days.
