Students
If you are a student being asked to use PebblePad, then your tutor is your first point of contact. You can also search the other FAQs on this site and follow the information on LibGuides:- libguides.northampton.ac.uk/learntech/students/nile-guides/pebblepad

Technical support is available if you are facing a technical issue with PebblePad and your tutor is unable to resolve it, by completing the PebblePad Contact Form (see link on this page). Please note that whilst we support PebblePad users, your workbooks and templates have been designed by your tutors and the way you have been asked to use them is unique to each subject area. The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to advise you.

Staff
If you are a tutor currently using PebblePad with your students, please contact your Learning Technologist directly with any queries or questions. We also have guides for staff on LibGuides:- libguides.northampton.ac.uk/learntech/staff/nile-guides/pebblepad

If you, your students or mentors are facing technical issues, please raise a ticket by completing the PebblePad Contact Form. The support tickets are monitored by a team of Learning Technologists on a rota basis so you would get a response within 3 working days.

Mentors in practice (aka: Practice Supervisor, Practice Assessor, Practice Educator, Practice Tutor ... )

PebblePad accounts are created and managed by the placements team at the University of Northampton. If you have any issues with your PebblePad account you are requested to email them on healthplacements@northampton.ac.uk
If you don't know how to use PebblePad, or what you need to do to sign off your student, you need to discuss this with the teaching staff who can advise you. If you find that something is not working on the workbook as expected, please go first to the teaching staff and if they cannot resolve the issue, you can use the contact form on this page to provide a full description of the issue, so we can help.
