We understand that there are times when you may be physically unable to visit the Learning Hub to borrow resources. If you would like someone to collect resources on your behalf please send an email to email@example.com, or call us on 01604 89 3089, and we can discuss arrangements for this.
Please wait for us to confirm that collection is available before sending someone to collect resources. We will not issue resources to someone on short notice without first arranging the collection. Collections need to be made at a time when our customer service teams are available in the building, this will be discussed when we arrange details of the collection with you.
