Yes! There are printers located around all UON buildings. Before you can print for the first time you will have to register your card to the printer card reader and enter your student number and password. You will only have to this the first time, after this you can just touch your card to the reader to release your printing.
The printers work through a program called Mobility Print and can be used on MAC, WIndows, Android and IOS devices. Please see our guide : How do I print out a document at the University Of Northampton?
I need some help printing
The Library Help Desk is on the 2nd floor of the Learning Hub and we will be happy to help you during our staffed hours. IT Services are also happy to help you with how printing and other issues with printing and there are lots of ways to contact them:
- You can report an issue in person at the UON Helpdesk on the ground floor of the Learning Hub
- There is also a self service portal where any kind of incident/issue relating to IT can be logged
- You can check or change your password by logging into the user portal and / or clicking 'forgot password?'
- You can also call the UON Helpdesk on 01604 89 3333
