Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (known as SPSS), is a software package used for interactive, or batched, statistical analysis which the University of Northampton provides for you to use.
You can download SPSS from the Student Hub and there are instructions which will guide you on how to install SPSS. We have separate guides if you are using a Windows device or a Apple Mac device.
There are lots of ways to contact IT if you need help or support with downloading SPSS:
- You can contact them in person on the Student Information Desk on the ground floor of the Learning Hub
- There is also a self service portal where any kind of issue relating to IT can be logged
