The Student Information Desk is here to support you during your studies. We can help with a number of queries and give general advice on a range of matters, including:
- changes to your programme information
- issues with your student ID card
- advice on administrative and academic matters
- Policies and Regulations
- enrolment
- timetables
- signposting to specialist student support teams and other University teams and departments, like; ASSIST, Counselling and Mental Health, Financial Guidance, International Student Services, Student Support Officers and Academic Advice.
With the new SRS Student Portal, you can now:
- request letters
- change your personal information, like address
- request mitigating circumstances
- find out your grades.
We have a guide about using the portal to do this and more.
